Information you provide

When you use the app, you may enter content such as habit titles, habit notes, tasks, notes, and journal entries. This content is stored locally on your device.

Photos and camera (optional)

If you choose to attach photos to journal entries, the app may request access to your photo library and/or camera. Selected photos are stored with your journal entry on your device.

Location (optional)

If you choose to add a place to a journal entry, the app may request access to your location (when in use). Location is used to fill in optional place fields (such as a place name and approximate coordinates) and is stored with that journal entry on your device.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app may request permission to send notifications. We do not receive or store your notification content on our servers.

Analytics and tracking

Pilli is designed to work without accounts. We do not use third‑party analytics to track you across apps or websites in this configuration. If we add analytics or crash reporting in a future update, we will update this policy.

How We Use Information

• To provide core app features (habits, tasks, notes, reminders, journaling).
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To maintain and improve the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share information only if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

Your content is stored on your device. You can delete entries within the app or delete the app to remove local data.

The app is distributed via Apple’s App Store. Apple may collect information as described in Apple’s policies. We do not receive your payment information.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete personal information. Because Pilli does not require accounts, we generally do not hold your personal data on servers. If you contact us, we may retain the email thread for support purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Pilli is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable measures to protect the app and our communications. However, no method of storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device secure.
