These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pilli mobile application and the website at pilly.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service.

Use of the App

• You must comply with applicable laws while using the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you create in the app (habits, notes, journals).
• Do not misuse the Service (attempt to interfere with operation, reverse engineer, or abuse the app).

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide app functionality on your device.

Accounts

Pilli does not require accounts. Your data is primarily stored locally on your device.

Purchases

If the app offers in‑app purchases, they are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pilli is not a medical or professional advice product. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pilli from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. If not resolved, disputes will be handled in the competent courts under the governing law above.
